LUMOURA HAIR LTD – TRADE ACCOUNT TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

1. Activation of Trade Account

These Trade Account Terms & Conditions apply once your application has been approved by Lumoura Hair LTD.

By using your trade account after approval, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
 

2. Eligibility

Trade accounts are available to:

• Qualified hair professionals

• Registered businesses within the hair or beauty industry

We reserve the right to request proof of qualification or business registration at any time.
 

3. Trade Pricing & Use

Trade pricing is strictly for professional use only.

By holding a trade account, you agree:

• Not to share trade pricing with non-trade customers

• Not to purchase on behalf of non-trade individuals

• Not to resell Lumoura Hair LTD products via third-party platforms (e.g. eBay, Amazon) without written permission
   

4. Misuse of Trade Account

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your trade account

• Remove access to trade pricing

• Cancel orders

if we suspect misuse, including but not limited to:

• Sharing login details

• Bulk buying for resale outside approved channels

• Breach of these terms
   

5. Orders & Payment

All trade orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
 

6. Returns & Responsibility

All trade purchases are subject to our standard hygiene policy.

We are not responsible for:

• Installation outcomes

• Colouring, cutting, or chemical processing

• Client dissatisfaction following professional use
   

7. Product Knowledge Responsibility

Trade customers are expected to have the appropriate knowledge and experience to select and install products correctly.

Lumoura Hair LTD does not accept liability for incorrect product selection.
 

8. Account Approval & Removal

Trade accounts are granted at our discretion.

We reserve the right to:

• Approve or decline any application

• Revoke trade status at any time without prior notice
   

9. Brand Representation

Trade customers must not misrepresent Lumoura Hair LTD products or branding.

Any use of brand assets must be accurate and in line with our positioning.
 

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Trade Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the trade account constitutes acceptance of any changes.
